The public can easily transfer money to inmates and minimum security residents via cash, credit card or ATM card through the SecureDeposit® System operated by Keefe Commissary Network.
The Public Lobby at the Main Institution is open as follows:
- Inmate accounts for family to deposit and pick up money from the inmate population Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Deposits can be easily made via a kiosk located at the Hampden County Correctional Center, 627 Randall Road, Ludlow, MA; via bilingual telephone hotline (866) 345-1884; or via the Internet (https://www.accesscorrections.com). The Access Corrections App, available on Apple and Android devices, is the most convenient way to transfer money to someone’s account.
