Inmate Accounts & Inmate Phone System


The public can easily transfer money to inmates and minimum security residents (via cash, credit card, or ATM card) through the SecureDeposit® System operated by Keefe Commissary Network.

The Public Lobby at the Main Institution in Ludlow is open for the following:

  • Court property drop off (no sneakers will be accepted with court clothes).
  • Inmate accounts for family to deposit and pick up money from the inmate population Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The Public Lobby at the Western Massachusetts Regional Women’s Correctional Center is open as follows:

  • Court property drop off : Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 12 p.m. - 2 p.m., and by appointment through Intake,(413) 730-6840
  • Inmate accounts for family to deposit and pick up money from the inmate population, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Our Office will continue to monitor the CDC and DPH guidelines as we all look forward to a full opening in the future.

Deposits can be easily made via kiosks located at the Hampden County Correctional Center, the Western Massachusetts Women’s Regional Correctional Center and the Western Mass. Recovery & Wellness Center, 155 Mill St., Springfield, MA; via bilingual telephone hotline (866) 345-1884; or via the Internet ( The Access Corrections App, available on Apple and Android devices, is the most convenient way to transfer money to someone’s account.
