Due to limited resources, we’re experiencing longer response times for direct assistance. To help you get to a solution faster, we’ve made all information we have access to also available to you for self-assistance.
If you’ve already attempted self-assistance and weren’t able to resolve your issue, please call or walk into any of our Public Lobbies for direct assistance.
If you need assistance with accessing your existing Account:
- Come to any Public Lobby, a Valid Photo ID is needed to verify account ownership before help can be given
- Before you can receive help over the phone, you must provide the SSN, DOB, and True Last Name listed in your account to verify your identify.
- Due to security reasons, we won’t assist you over the phone if you forgot your SSN or Date of Birth.
